PATRICK O'BRIEN

President/CEO

Patrick is president and CEO of MCM Engineering, Inc., a Burlingame, California company that he formed in 1991. He has been a driving force in the aviation and 400 Hz ground support industry for over 35 years.

Mr. O’Brien was the Chief Engineer for well known GSE companies such as Hobart Brother, Devtec (now TLD) and McCormick-Morgan before starting MCM. His innovations in 400 Hz ground power were the catalyst that helped transform the industry from mobile equipment to central system design.

As the President and CEO of MCM Engineering, Pat has continued to develop and improve the quality of ground support system, equipment and service. Patrick’s expertise, insistence on quality and enthusiastic approach to innovative problem solving will continue to be the hallmark of MCM.

PAUL M. BADE, PE

Director of Engineering
MCM Engineering, Inc.

Paul is the Director of Engineering for MCM Engineering, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the design and construction of aviation facilities of varying size, scope and complexity.

Mr. Bade was first introduced to ground power at McCormick-Morgan where he started as Project Manager and eventually became the Vice President of Corporate Management. Paul has worked with Pat O’ Brien for over 20 years including the past 10 at MCM. He has extensive experience in project management, turnkey design, and commissioning for both mechanical and electrical central systems including 400 Hz ground power, aircraft preconditioned air and fueling.

As the Director of Engineering, Paul not only oversees the product and system design, but he is also intimately involved with the marketing and business development for MCM.
